We develop exceptional ecommerce solutions through the major web platform Magento, along with several other Shopping cart applications, based on your budget. All of the needed functions such as SSL certificates, Merchant Accounts, Gateways and ecommerce hosting are all services we fully manage for our clients.

Michael Shannon - President & Owner

Creative Project Manager

Over twenty five years of Experience in Creative, Web, Marketing, and the Graphic Design/Pre-Press industry. Also several Years of experience in Project Management, Business Management/Operations roles, with daily duties to include Web Development Management, E-Commerce Management, Digital Marketing Management and Creative Support. Experience with SCRUM and Agile Development management practices.

Extensive use and experience utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud software for design in web, mobile, video, print, branding, and photography. Utilized several web-based systems for SEO, Social Media, Online Marketing, plus experience with CMS, Blogs, and Project Management Services.

Direction and operations for Web Hosting and Web Server setup and support, directed secure online transaction processing, implementing SSL security, PCI compliance, server applications, high traffic volumes and online security threat maintenance.

Client Responsibilities:
• Acts as the primary liaison between the client and @ebc’s creative production staff
• Organizes all requests for Creative Production services, manages critical information to facilitate an efficient project workflow
• Manages work-in-progress, follows-up to ensure agreed upon client due dates are being met
• Meets with Creative Director and Developers to assign work and set priorities for the team
• Attends creative meetings, notes project completion status, changes in work assignments, etc
• Proofs all creative and ensures brand guidelines are being met as well as making sure changes have been made correctly

Education: UWM Milwaukee for Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and MATC for Associates Degree in Commercial Art.
